Tri City weather varies day to day, however rain is fairly normal. If a garage is available to use during the detail, it is highly recommended that we are allowed to use it. However, if no garage is available, our appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We cover West Richland, Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick. We may travel to other neighboring cities depending on the travel time. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure if we serve your area.
Yes we can! All we need is acess to electricity and water. We carry extention cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.
If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at (509) 551-1215 to schedule an appointment at a location where water is available. There are many options for dropping off your car, you can either have a friend drop off your car with you so they could give you a ride home while you’re waiting for it to be cleaned, you can use Uber/Lyft. We have a washing location near Richland off of Keene Road. There is no need to worry if you live someplace without acess to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.
